Special meeting called to order at 9:00 am. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Scottie Sandstrom, and Joe Amrein.

Meeting notices were posted in the two public places, web site and the Daily Press.

A motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to go into closed session. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A discussion with Joe Amrein took place. Joe stated that he graded all the Town Roads, did all the brushing, and did the mowing of the ditches. His concerns were that Mike was not helping with these tasks. He also said he stated these things to the Board a year and half ago and nothing has changed.

A motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to come out of closed session. Motion carried. All Ayes.

There were no motions in the closed session.

Another special meeting is scheduled for August 21, 2023 at 9:00 am.

A motion and a second to adjourn.
