Special Board Meeting called to order at 5:00pm. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Wendy Stein and Jacob Miner.

A discussion on Solar Panels for electricity for the Town Buildings. Some talk on the site for it and how it would be constructed. A site on the north east corner of the Town garage seemed like a likely spot for it as it is close to the electric meter.  The cost was estimated at $38,000.00 but more figures would be coming. It has a 15 year warranty and an extra warranty for five years for $380.00. It would take about 18 years before it would be paid off. The Town would not be eligible for Tax breaks.
