Special Meeting of the Town of Washburn Town Board for the purpose of discussing personnel issues.

Special Meeting called to order at 1:30 PM. Present: Sandra Raspotnik, Jim Park & Scottie Sandstrom.

Meeting notices were posted in the two public places, website, and the Daily Press.

Jim Park made a motion to go into closed session. Scottie Sandstrom seconded. All ayes. Motion carried.

Sandra Raspotnik made a motion to come out of closed session. Jim Park seconded. All ayes. Motion carried.

Sandra Raspotnik made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Jim Park seconded. All ayes. Motion carried.
