ORDINANCE NUMBER 1992-02
THE TOWN OF WASHBURN
SNOWMOBILE ORDINANCE

The Town of Washburn, Bayfield County, Wisconsin, does hereby ordain as follows:

Repeal of previous ordinances All existing snowmobile and combination Snowmobile and ATV ordinances are hereby repealed.
The following town roads, or portions thereof, are hereby designated as snowmobile routes, provided that such designation with respect to each such road, or portion thereof, shall not take effect until such road, or portion thereof, has been properly signed as required by law.
2.1 Pursuant to Wis. Stats. 350.02(2)5, all town roads in the Town of Washburn are hereby designated as snowmobile routes except as follows:

2.1.1. Maple Hill Drive from Hokanson Road West to Church Corner Road

2.1.2.Maple Hill Drive from the northwest corner of section 28, then continuing east to Church Corner Road

2.1.3. Landfill Road

3. Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and posting.

4. The town clerk shall send copies of this Ordinance to the Bayfield County Sheriff: Philip Wallace, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Spooner Wisconsin: and Joe Johanik, Local Wisconsin department of Natural Resources enforcement officer.

Adopted this 4th day of February, 1992 by the Town Board of the Town of Washburn, Bayfield County, Wisconsin.
