Special Board Meeting called to order at 9:00 am on South Maple Hill Road. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Jim Park, Scottie Sandstrom, Mike Harvey, Jim Miller, Randy Snippen, Jay Glase, Connie Cogger, Mike Sandor, Diane Sandor, Lorraine Norrgard, Emmer Shields, Phillip Norrgard and Wendy Stein.

Meeting Minutes were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Emmer Shields discussed problems and corrections for South maple Hill Road. See the attached sheets.
