Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Jim Park, Scottie Sandstrom, Mike Harvey, Lynn Adams, Emmer Shields, Tom Cogger, Connie Cogger, Phillip Norrgard, Lynn Krueger, Dennis Weibel, Randy Snippen, Brenda Rechel, Mike Cariveau, Kyle Krueger, Jay Glase, Wendy Stein, Lorraine Norrgard and Kim Bro.

Meeting notices were posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the August 10, 2021 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Lynn Adams gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. The Clerks and Treasurer’s computers are mirrored. Web site work is in progress. Motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave the crew report. Mike will check into the Bridge Aid Sleeve on Church Corner Road with a 50/50 match from the County. A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to order two fuel pumps from Midland for $1400.00. Motion carried. All Ayes. Bjork Road needs some crushed black top. A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to accept Road Superintendents report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to approve a driveway permit for Eric and Brittany Sirrine on Ondossagon Road Section 10 Town 48 Range 5 NE ¼ NE ¼. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to approve a driveway permit for Kenny Swanson on Lucia Road. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to have Kim Bro to send a letter to Travis Dugger on getting a driveway permit. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Cariveau from Bayfield wireless talked on the progress of the wireless internet services. They did receive a grant for this. Lots of projects going on.

A motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to open the floor for conversation on the South Maple Hill Road project. Emmer Shields answered questions. A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to close the floor. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to continue with the South Maple Hill project. Motion carried. All ayes.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Jim Park to approve a two year road plan. Motion carried. All Ayes. (See attached sheet)

Scottie Sandstrom presented projects to apply for with the TRI/LRIP. (See attached sheet).

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Jim Park to raise the price of plowing driveways to $60.00 for ten minutes. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to purchase the voting machine and tabulator from E S & S for under $10,000.00, on a two-year payment plan. Motion carried.
