Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. on Zoom. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Brenda Rechel, Mike Harvey, Wendy Stein, John Adams, Scottie Sandstrom, Kim Bro, Lynn Adams, Kathleen Russel and Jim Park.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Public comment took place.

Meeting minutes from the February 9, 2021 meetings were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Adams and a second by Wendy Stein to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Brenda gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. The Clerks and Treasurer’s computers are mirrored. Motion by John Adams and a second by Wendy Stein to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave the crew report. Some culverts need to be replaced on Nevers Road, Brevak Road, and Ondossagon Road. Everything else is going fine in the Town.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Wendy Stein to approve a driveway permit and a Class A building permit for John Wheeler, Section 27 Town 49N Range 5 SW ¼ SW ¼. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Wendy is working on the annual newsletter for the Annual Meeting.

A bid from Dahl Construction to paint the Town Hall inside and out was $11,628.00. This is tabled for more bids.

Mike checked on cost for a new snowplow truck. The International truck is around $178,000.00. More information will be coming.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by John Adams to approve Check number 14187 to 14224. Motion carried. All Ayes.
