Special Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Jim Park, Scottie Sandstrom, Mike Harvey, Ruth Hartzell, Emmer Shields, Paul Johanik, Bob Anderson, John Wheeler, Jim Miller, Tim Scwenzfeier, Lorraine Norrgard, Phillip Norrgard, Jay Glase, Kim Bro, John Hartzell, Gina Park, Dennis Weibel, Lynn Krueger, Randy Snippen, Wendy Stein, Tom Cogger and Connie Cogger.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

A discussion on how to repair South Maple Hill east of Church Corner Road was discussed. Emmer Shields, an Engineer, talked about how the road needed ditching and culverts placed to divert water runoff.
