Regular Board meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Mike Harvey.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the August 9, 2011 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board members. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report.  A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokansonl to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. There were 11 loads of rock delivered to the gravel pit from the Forestry for use on the Forest Roads. Barksdale had theirs delivered to them. All culverts are in on Paulson Road, Church Corner Road and Brevak Road. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to buy a Milwaukee Drill, Impact Drill, two batteries, charger and carrying case for $258.00. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A discussion on crack sealing on Forest Road 236 and on Scholl Road with a price of $7,307.50 for 4.8 miles on Forest Road 236 and a price of $1,600.00 on Scholl Road  for ¾ mile. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to crack seal Forest Road 236 for $7,307.50 and Scholl Road for $1,600.00. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A update on the wedging on Church Corner Road, the black top plant has been moved to Crooked Lake and starting date for wedging will be September 21, 2011.

Spots on Engoe Road from Albert Zifkos residence to Strecker Road need some repair. It was decided to dig up some of them and replace with rock, gravel and hot mix to see if this will solve the problem.

An update from John Hartzell on storm damage to roads was discussed. John will check on the forms from Jan Victorson.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to pay election workers $25.00 to go to election classes and to be paid on the day of class. Motion carried. All ayes.

Motion and a second to pay all current bills.
