Special Board meeting called to order at 6:00 pm. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandra Raspotnik, Scottie Sandstrom and Jim Park.
Meeting notices were posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.
Motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to go into closed session. Motion carried. All Ayes.
Motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to come out of closed session. Motion carried. All Ayes.
No action was taken in closed session.

Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Jim Park, Scottie Sandstrom, Mike Harvey, Lynn Adams, Brenda Rechel, Jay Glase, Wendy Stein, Lorraine Norrgard, Mary Lee, Kent Lee, Dennis Wiebel, Kathleen Russell and Kim Bro.

Meeting minutes from the September 14, 2021, were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Lynn Adams gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. The Clerks and Treasurer’s computers are mirrored. Web site work is in progress. Motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.
Mike Harvey gave the crew report. The salt sand is mixed and hauled into salt shed. The plow trucks are ready for winter. Some work on South Maple Hill by the landfill needs work. Everything else is good. A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.
A motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to approve a Class A building permit for Kent and Mary Lee on Old C Road, SW ¼ NW ¼ Section 26 Township 49N Range 5. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to approve a driveway permit for Kent and Mary Lee on Old C Road. Motion carried. All Ayes.
Kim Bro talked on the update for the Comprehensive Plan with Bayfield County. It will cost around $5000.00.
South Maple Hill Road is still in progress with more information needed.
Scottie Sandstrom turned in three projects for the TRI projects.

A motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to purchase $10,000.00 of gravel from the Highbridge pit. Motion carried. All Ayes.
A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Sandra Raspotnik to pay all current bills. Motion carried. All Ayes.
