Regular Board meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Mike Harvey and Joe Scholl.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the September 13, 2011 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board members. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report.  A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner  to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. Work will be begin on North Maple Hill this week with the crushed black top being delivered. Twenty two loads total are needed with four of them being stock piled at the Town garage. Total cost will be around $8000.00. The salt sand is mixed and in the salt shed. CWO will be picking up the used culverts. Wedging on Church Corner Road should start on the week of October 13. The narrow bands on the radios have been installed and are working well, even out on the Barron Roads.  A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Tom Justice driveway permit was discussed. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to approve a driveway permit at 75805 Ondossagon Road was made. Motion carried. All ayes.

The Town received a check from the Bayfield County for $18,763.99 for payment on the Wannebo culvert  project.

A discussion on the TRIP program took place. It was decided to do Chip Seal on Church Corner Road.

A motion and a second  to pay all current bills.
