Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Jim Park, Scottie Sandstrom, Tim Schwenzfeier, Cynthia Belanger, Alex Torborg, Brandon Reed, Joe Amrein, Melissa Amrein, Lynn Adams Mike Harvey and Wendy Stein.

Meeting notices were posted in the two public places, website, and published in the Daily Press.

A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to approve the agenda. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Meeting minutes from April 11, 2023 were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Lynn Adams gave Treasurer report. All books are balanced. The Clerks and Treasurer’s computers are mirrored. Web site work is in progress. Snowplow bills were sent out for a total of $30,040.00. Motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to approve report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave the crew report. Joe is grading and the reclaimer is at work. Sweeping the intersections is being done. The backhoe needs a new cylinder for $2000.00. The AC on the grader needs fixing for around $1000.00. The siding on the Town Hall will be completed in the next couple weeks. A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to accept the report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Sandy gave the Chair report. The RAC committee is recommending the $197,700.00 grant to blacktop on FR 251. They are also recommending $100,000.00 for gravel on FR 251. A motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to approve the report. Motion carried.

Tim Schwenzfeier and Cyndy Belanger gave an update on the comprehensive plan.

The solar panels have been put on hold for more information.

The snow plowing policy was reviewed and more information is needed. It will be put back on the Agenda.

Scottie gave an update on the BIL grant for Wannebo Road. The discussion was on the culverts to be replaced.

The Technology Specialist was put on hold.

Sandy will continue to work on the dog license letter.

Jim Park received the Board of Review training.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to pay all current bills.

A motion and a second to Adjourn.
