Regular Board meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Mike Harvey, Gary  Morzenti and Ben Duffor.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the April 11, 2012 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board members. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report.  A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. The spring grading of the roads is completed. They are going to start to work on the shoulders of Church Corner Road. Also waiting for the delivery of gravel and crushed black top.  Working on the bridge on Church Corner Road. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

The Plan Commission met on May 1, 2012. John Hartzell was appointed to the Plan Commission for a three year term. A motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Gary Morzenti gave an update on Church Corner Road. Option #1 was to single chip seal it for $17,000.00 a mile with Northwoods Paving paying for half. Option #2 was a 1 ½ inch overlay on the full three miles for $211,515.85. It was decided to bid a 1 ¼ inch overlay for 3.02 miles on Church Corner Road to be completed by September 1, 2012.

There was a discussion with Ben Duffor  to replace  the culvert on Brevak Road. The Town will pay for the culvert with the remaining paid for by a grant from Bayfield Land and Water. The project was tabled until all paper work is completed.
