MAY 22, 1997

Special Town meeting called to order at 8:00 P.M. Present Miller, Wyzlik, Mihalek, and Leland Harvey. Absent Brian Harvey. M

Meeting notices were properly posted in the Daily Press and three public places in the Town.

Chairman Miller explained purpose of meeting. Motion by Mihalek and a second by Wyzlik to go into closed session in accordance with WI Statute 19.85(b). Roll call vote, all yes.

Chairman Miller read memorandum dated May 22, 1997 concerning Brian Harvey. Copy on file.

Motion by Wyzlik and a second by Mihalek to suspend Brian Harvey without pay until June 3rd, when a hearing would be held. All members voted yes.

Copies of memorandum were given to Board members and Leland Harvey with a copy for Brian Harvey.

Motion to adjourn at 8:25 P.M. by Mihalek and a second by Wyzlik. All members in favor.
