Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Brenda Rechel, Wendy Stein, John Adams, Mike Harvey, Ron Rechel, Joyce Zifko, Bob Short, John Hartzell, Kim Bro and Jim Parks.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Roll call was taken. All present.

Public comment took place.

Meeting minutes from the April 9, 2019 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Adams and a second by Wendy Stein to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Brenda gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. A motion by Wendy Stein and a second by John Adams to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. Brushing from trees downed in snowstorm was done. All roads are in good shape. A motion by Wendy Stein and a second by John Adams to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Kim Bro talked on the Plan Commission Board terms, length and their duties. One Town Board member has to be on but their term will be for two years. The other four will be on an alternating terms for three year service.

Chairperson Sandy made appointments for the Plan Commission to fill three spots. Kim Bro, John Adams, and Cynthia Belanger were named. A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second by Wendy Stein to approve the appointments. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Kerry talked about the Agenda. Items for Agenda shall be turned into the Chairperson by Monday a week before the meeting. The Chairperson will get it to the clerk on Tuesday. The clerk will post the Agenda on Wednesday.

The Board recognized the former Board Members with a letter and gift certificate.

Wendy Stein spoke on the Solar Panel project and handed out papers on different costs of the project.

An Audit of the books will be discussed at the next Board Meeting.

The road inspection date has been set for May 20, 2019 at 8:30 am.

Summer projects were mentioned. Blacktop over recently replaced culverts, gravel to be purchased, chip sealing and some repair work on West Maple Hill.
