Regular Board meeting called to order at7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Jenny Sanders, Mike Harvey and Jason Pearson.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the April 14, 2011 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Donna will be checking on CD interest rates. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. A discussion on buying 4 x 1 rock for Forest Roads took place. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to purchase 4 x 1 rock from Ashland Construction for $11.00 a ton, a total of 375 tons for $4125.00. Motion carried. All ayes.

A discussion on doing repairs on the snow plow truck, engine air brakes, less then $800.00, ABS brakes-air leak for $309.00, steering box $450.00. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to repair the snow plow engine air brakes. All ayes.

Mike will be checking on the price of Motor oil.

Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept crew report. Motion carried.

There was a discussion on replacing the 75 foot culvert on Wannebo Road with a possible match of 50% from the County. Total price of project would be around $30,000.00. Tabled for more information.

There was a discussion on putting crushed black top on Paulson Road, west side of Church Corner Road. Ashland Construction has it for sale at $14.50 a ton. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to spend $3500.00 on crushed black top for Paulson Road. Motion carried. All ayes.

It was decided not to do the Northwood weed management (CWMA).

CWO will be picking up the old culverts at a price of $120.00 a ton.

The discussion on doing Slurry seal and wedging on Church Corner Road was tabled.

Motion and a second to pay all current bills.
