Regular Board meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, KerryTetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Mike Harvey, Matt Tetzner and Kristin Tetzner.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the February 8, 2011 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Memebers. The Board of Review will be held on May 10, 2011, with open book being from 4:30 to 6:30, with Board of Review from 6:30 to 8:30. Road weight limits will be posted on March 15, 2011. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike gave crew report. The fuel tank on the tandem truck was repaired for a cost of $235.00. Work is being done on the forestry roads, brushing, etc. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

A discussion with Matt Tetzner to build a house at 30840 Wannebo Road, E 792 of 51/2 SE, ¼ of SE 1/4, Section 1, Township 48N, Range 5W. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to approve a Class A permit for a house at 30840 Wannebo Road for Matt and Kristin Tetzner. Motion carried. All ayes.

There was a discussion on replacing the Town pick up truck. Bruce Hokanson and Mike Harvey will be looking at a 1998 Chevy One Ton Dump Truck in Superior from Dennis Wegan. If price is under $10,00.00 and truck is in good shape, they are advised to buy. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to buy truck.  Motion carried. All ayes.
