Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey, Donna Chapman, Ron Micheal and Ron Rechel.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Roll call was taken. All present.

Public comment took place.

Meeting minutes from the February 13, 2018 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. City of Washburn invited the Board to Washburn Area Chamber of Commerce March After Hours on March 22, 200118. John and Kerry will meet with Rural Insurance to discuss insurance policy. Year in review letter was OK to send. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to stop using the Treasures check book and have all bills paid through the general checking account. Motion carried. All Ayes. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. A 115 tons of salt was ordered. Bruce will check with John Carlson on writing up a legal document with Bob Mattson on putting in a culvert which will go into his property. Steven will line up a meeting with the Town of Barksdale on shared roads with the Town of Washburn. Mike will talk to a resident on plowing snow across a Town road. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Harzell to purchase a Drill Doctor sharpener for $183.00. Motion carried. All Ayes. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to have an additional thousand gallon propane tank added to the five hundred propane tank for the Town garage. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike will have the septic tank pumped out for the Town garage.

Bruce lined up two speakers for the Wisconsin Towns Association Meeting on March 26, 2018 at the Pielson Town Hall. Tom Topher and Scottie Sandstrom will speak.

Weight limits were posted on March 12, 2018.
