Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey, Ron Rechel, Brenda Rechel, Wendy Stein, Joyce Zifko, Sandy Raspotnik, Donna Chapman, Trevor Wilk, Joy Hebert and Jerry Hebert.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Roll call was taken. All present.

Public comment took place.

Meeting minutes from the February 19, 2019 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. The Clerk called the insurance company and they will cover the bill for hitting the phone line on Wannebo Road. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to buy Donna a new shredder. Motion carried. All Ayes. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. All trucks are running and ready for next snow storm. The phone in Town Hall is not working, needs new line to it. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to buy three boxes of carbide tips around $425.00 a box. Motion carried. All Ayes. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to sign a Class A permit for Mike Sterner at 28470 Rustic Road, SE ¼ NW ¼ Section 34, Township 49N Range 05. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Wendy Stein spoke on Participation in Solar Group Buy. It is about having solar panels installed to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and cut the electric costs for the Town. Wendy will have them come out and have a free site assessment and receive a quote.

Mike’s cell phone has been tabled for more information.

Weight limits will be posted on March 18, 2019.

Some projects for 2019 are: patch roads where culverts have been replaced, Crushed black top on West Maple Hill Road and chip seal on South Maple Road. Other ideas are welcomed for the next meeting.
