Special Board Meeting called to order at 5:00 pm.

Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, Steven Tetzner, John Hartzell, Mike Harvey, Andy Edlund, Scott Strugeon and Eric Drye.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Roll Call: All present.

Bids were opened for Nevers Road: Scott Const. $85,325.00 cold mix 2 inch, 1 mile

Northwoods Paving: $73,243.16 cold mix

$68,171.60 hot mix

$3,271.60 wedging

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to have Northwoods Paving do the hot mix and wedging for $71,442.81. Motion carried. All Ayes.

One Bid from Scott Construction for Crack Sealing on the following roads:

McKinley from County C to Ondossagon: $11,006.00

Ondossagon from McKinley to Wannebo: $1,671.00

Church Corner Road from Wannebo to County C: $10,866.00

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to have Scott Construction crack seal the above three roads for $23,543.00. Motion carried. All Ayes.
