Regular Board meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Mike Harvey, Nick Sorenson and Kurt Kiehne.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the May 10, 2011 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report.  Donna will check on the best interest rates and renew the CD for 12 to 18 months, depending on the best rate. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. Bob Drevlow needs to put a culvert in for is driveway to his pasture on Engoe Road. Mike will speak to him on this matter. Motor oil needs to be ordered for $9.86 a gallon for 150 gallons. Mike will order this. There are some pot holes on McKinley Road in need of repair. Mike will order a truck load of cold mix for the repairs. Church Corner Road needs some patching due to wash outs on the side of the road. It will be fixed by placing 4 x 1 rock in the wash out. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to grant a Class A building permit for Nicholas Sorenson at SE ¼, SE ¼ , Section 34, Township 49N, Range 5, 75999 Ondossagon Road. Motion carried. All ayes.

A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to grant a Class A building permit for Kurt Kienhe at NW  ¼, SW ¼, Section 26, Township 49N, Range 5, 77470 Old C Road. Motion carried. All ayes.

The discussion on wedging on Church Corner Road has been tabled until the bids are turned in.

The replacement of the 6 foot culvert on Wannebo Road will cost between $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 depending on the type of culvert used. This project was tabled until Engineering designs are turned in.

The signs for the Forest Roads has been tabled until more information is received on the cause of the signs peeling.

Motion and a second to pay all current bills.
