Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey, Donna Chapman, Ron Rechel, Don Ball, Andy, Pat Guske, Scott Sturgeon and Kim Bro.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Roll call was taken. All present.

Public comment took place.

Meeting minutes from the May 8, 2018 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. The mower tractor will need work on the brakes. A motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by Steven Tetzner to have the moald on the grader fixed for around $5000.00. Motion carried. All Ayes. The oil barrel needs to filled. A motion by Steven Tezner and a second by John Hartzell to accept the report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

There was a plan commission meeting.

Kim Bro spoke on the Xcel power line. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to sign the Xcel Energy Electrical Transmission Right of Way. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Gravel bids were opened for FR 500. This was tabled until June 19, 2018 special meeting.

Bids on Nevers Road cold mix were opened and this was tabled until June 19, 2018 special meeting.

A driveway permit for Jim and Gina Park at 25500 Wannebo Road was approved by the Board.

A driveway permit for Josh and Charmine at SE ¼ SW ¼ Section 10 Township 48 Range 5 was approved by the Board.

A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to approve of a Class A building permit for Josh and Charmine at SE ¼ SW ¼ Section 10 Township 48 Range 5. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to go into closed session for Pat Guske’s contract talk. Motion carried.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to come out of closed session. Motion carried.

A motion and a second to pay all current bills.

A motion and a second to adjourn.
