Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. Present: Kerry Tetzner, Sandy Raspotnik, Jim Park, Scottie Sandstrom, Lynn Adams, Melissa Amrein, Joe Amrein, Caitlyn Kraus, Mike Vavrus, Mike Harvey, and Wendy Stein.

Meeting notices were posted in the two public places, website, and published in the Daily Press.

A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to approve the agenda. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Meeting minutes from June 13, 2023 regular Board meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Lynn Adams gave the Treasurer report. All books are balanced. The Clerks and Treasurers computers are mirrored. Motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to approve report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave the crew report. Joes been working on grading and mowing. The culvert has been replaced on Bjork Road. The North Maple Hill culvert is on hold. A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to have the Backhoe brought to Superior to have the front bucket repaired. Motion carried. All Ayes. A motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to approve report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Sandy gave the Chair report. The culvert on Bjork road was damaged by Brightspeed and they will pay for the repairs. Keith Fleig will be painting the Town Hall and storage shed in the next few weeks. A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to approve the report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Scottie Sandstorm and a second by Jim Park to approve a driveway permit for Mike Vavrus. Motion carried. All Ayes. A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to hire Buz Raspotnik to mow the land fill for $600.0 to $800.00. Motion carried. Two Ayes. Sandy Abstained.

A motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to sign a nonbinding letter for an 80%/20% for solar panels for a cost of $11,928.00. Motion carried. All Ayes.

There will be a BIL grant public information meeting for Wannebo Road on July 27, 2023, 6 pm at the Town Hall.

A motion by Jim Park and a second by Sandy Raspotnik to go with option #1, 36” sleeve on Wannebo Road, for $19,557.84 less the culvert/bridge aid applied amount of $8285.10, bringing the cost of the project to $11,272.74. The aforementioned bridge aide amount is to be confirmed this week via Bob Anderson, Bayfield County Highway Commissioner, to affirm the motion. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Jim Park and a second by Sandy Raspotnik to go with option #1, 24” sleeve on Wannebo Road, for $11,677.79. Motion carried. All Ayes.

The five-year road plan is still in discussion.

A motion by Jim Park and a second by Scottie Sandstrom to adopt UDC Ordinance #2023-1 to replace the UDC Ordinance from 2010 which cannot be located. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Sandy Raspotnik and a second Jim Park to pay all current bills. Motion carried.
