Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey, Ron Rechel, Brenda Rechel, Sandy Raspotnik, John Adams, Gary Thompson, and Joe Thompson.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Roll call was taken. Donna Chapman absent.

Public comment took place.

Meeting minutes from the December 11, 2018 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Kerry gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. Carbon Dioxide moniter has been installed. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to buy chains for the front end loader for around $2000.00. Motion carried. All Ayes, Steven, John. Nay, Bruce. All roads are in good winter driving. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Plan commission met on January 10, 2019. The Board signed the zoning application for Gary and Darlene Thompson for a home based business but denied the automotive part at NE ¼ of NW ¼ Section 35 Township 49N Range 5.

Drawing took places for order of names on the Spring Election Ballot. For Supervisor, 1. Steven Tetzner, 2. John Hartzell, 3. John Adams 4. Wendy Stein. For Chairman, 1.Sandy Raspotnik 2. Bruce Hokanson

The outdoor and indoor lighting for Town Hall and Garage has been tabled for more information.

The Furnace maintenance in the Town Hall and Garage has been tabled.

A new computer for the Treasurer has been tabled until May.

Mike will check on the cell phone plan for next meeting.

Bridge inspection results were shown to the Board.
