JANUARY 4,  1990

Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. Present: Bade, Retzloff, Haugen, Tetzner and Chapman. Minutes of December 7th were read. There being no additions or corrections it was moved and 2nd they be accepted as read. Motion carried.

Motion by Haugen 2nd by Retzloff to approve County Bonding Resolution for Treasurer, Motion carried.

Motion by Retzloff 2nd by Haugen to pay Bay Area Solid Waste District $5205.00 our share of start up fee. Motion carried.

Motion by Haugen 2nd by Retzloff to approve agreement with Bay Area Solid Waste District. Agreement on file. Motion carried.

Discussed well being drilled on town property. Will request for costs to Melin, Lind and Anderson.

Next regular meeting will be February 8, 1990.

Motion and 2nd to pay all current town bills.

Motion and 2nd to adjourn.

Treasurer will be at town hall Saturday January 13 – 20 and 27th from 9:00 A. M. till noon.
