Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Schwenzfeier with Tetzner, Michalik and Flonnes present. Leland Harvey was also present. Minutes of Dec 7, 1978 were read and there being no additions or corrections were accepted as read.

Motion and second to have special town meeting for town official salary review together with town caucus Jan. 27, 1979.

Received letter from Bayfield Electric Coop. concerning town purchase of security light for $50.00. Decided to leave as is.

Received letter from Larry Young concerning Highway marking 100% Federal Funded. Decided to participate.

Motion and second to pay all current town bills.

Motion and second to adjourn.
