JANUARY 14, 1997

Regular meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. Present Carlson, Tetzner, Mihalek, and Miller. Also Brian Harvey, Leland Harvey, Shane Wyzlik, Michelle Tutor, and Charles Bodam. Absent Chapman.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the Daily Press and three public places in the Town.

Minutes of December 10, 1996 were read and written copies given to Board Members. Motion by Miller and a second by Carlson to accept. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s report was presented. Motion by Carlson and a second by Miller to accept. Motion carried.

Discussed Election procedures.

Also present was Tim Kane of U.W. Extension, who reported on land use planning with Wisconsin changing with a growing population. He stated a land use plan is strictly advisory, not binding. He presented a Plan outline with slides based on plans adopted in other Towns.

Reviewed Town crew report with Leland Harvey and Brian Harvey concerning new reports and snowplowing.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.
