JANUARY 13, 2009

Regular meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present John Hartzell, Kerry Tetzner, Philip E. Tetzner, Donna Chapman Also Mark Morey, Cathy Morey, Michelle McCumber and Joe Scholl.

Meeting notices Were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of December 9, 2008 were read and written copies given to Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept. Motion carried All aye votes.

Motion by Kerry Fetzner and a second by John Hartzell to adopt resolution obligating Town tc pay State and County property tax Motion carried. All aye votes.

Donna Chapman gave Treasurer’s report. Property tax collections are going good. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept report. Motion carried.

Mark Morey gave Crew report. Snowplowing is going well, need brushes for sweeper, and tank for steamer. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept report. Motion carried.

Michelle McCumber gave update on Website. The Town signed service agreement with her for one year. Fee to be $200.00 annually made at contract signing. Service agreement on file.

Discussed snowplowing driveway policy. Some changes are needed to make things run smoother Will do some fine-tuning and review again next month.

Drew lots for order of names on Town Ballot for Town Supervisor.

Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by John Hartzell to give Mike Harvey a Christmas Bonus of $200.00. Motion carried. All aye votes.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.
