Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman and Jenna Jack.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the January 11, 2011 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Discussion on a letter received from Health Partners on only having one person on a group policy. The Board has until May 1, 2012 to figure out new policy. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Bruce informed the Board that Mike would not be at the meeting due to illness. He was informed that the acetylene tank needs to be filled and two more cases of grease need to be ordered.

Town Plan Commission met on February 1, 2011 for discussion on a mobile home being put in at 28280 Engoe Road for Brendon E Jack. The Plan Commission recommended approval to the Board.

A discussion on Brendon E Jack request to install a 2006 Mobile home at 28280 Engoe Road, SE1/4 of SW ¼ Section 10 Township 48N Range 5. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to approve a Class A permit for a 2006 mobile home at 28280 Engoe Raod for Brendon E Jack. Motion carried. All ayes.

Motion and a second to pay all current bills.
