Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey, Ron Rechel, Brenda Rechel, Steve Bade, Wendy Stein, Joyce Zifko,Jay Glase, Susan Jones, Bob Short, Teri Short, Trevor Schwenzfier, Nori Schwenzfier, Jim Miller, Tim Schwenzfier, Jake Benson Dana Benson, Sam Benson and Hawken Benson.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Roll call was taken. Donna Chapman absent.

Public comment took place.

Meeting minutes from the January 8, 2019 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Kerry gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. All trucks are running and ready for next snow storm. They are keeping about 15 miles of Forest Roads opened for logging trucks. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A Class A permit for Trevor and Nori Schwenzfier was approved by the Board at S ½ S ½ Section 36, Township 49N, Range 5, 76510 Hove Lane.

The Board was shown the outcome of Thompson’s home base business, a letter from Bayfield County Zoning. See attached sheet from Bayfield County Zoning.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to open the floor to comments on opening South Maple Hill Road from Church Corner Road to Forest Road 697. Steve Bade had an Amendment paper written up for the Board to adopt. Most everyone was in agreement with it. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to close public input. Motion carried. All Ayes. A motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by John Hartzell to accept the amendment of Steve Bade. Motion carried. All Ayes. See attached Amendment.

A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to approve FS-7700-41 Road Maintenance Requirements for Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, Brad Turberville and a permit for use of roads, trails or areas for Long Lake Parking Lot. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike’s cell phone was tabled until next meeting.

A motion Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to pay JNR Adjustment Co. $933.31 for Mike Harvey hitting a telephone line on Wannebo Road. Motion carried. All Ayes. Kerry will check with Rural Insurance on coverage of this.

A motion to pay all current bills. A motion and a second to adjourn.
