Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey, Donna Chapman and Ron Rechel.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Roll call was taken. All present.

Public comment took place.

Meeting minutes from the January 9, 2018 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. All Property Taxes are done. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. One set of shoes for the plow truck were sent and the second pair are on the way. Everything else is fine. There was a talk on mail boxes and plowing snow around them and it was decided to send a letter with the Annual Report on the regulations for the mail box installation per The Washburn Town Board. There is a seminar in Hayward on Asphalt on February 19, 2018 and Mike and Pat will be attending. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

There was no Plan Commission this month.

Bayfield County send a letter on the TRIP program and the amount of money put in for qualifying Townships. It’s been sent to the State for approval. There was also talk on Road Projects for 2018. Wannebo Road, South Maple Hill Road and Nevers Road are projects discussed for this year.

A motion and a second to pay all current bills.
