FEBRUARY 10, 2009

Regular meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present Brucc Hokanson, John Hartzell, Kerry Tetzner, Philip E Tetzner, and Donna Chapman. Also Mark Morcy, Ruth Hartzell, Cathy Morey and Jeff Pipgras.

Minutes of January 8, 2009 were read and written copies given to Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept. Motion carried.

Meeting notices were properly posted in three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Donna Chapman gave Treasurers report. Lot of complaints of mixed up mail and lost mail. Mostly tax bills or payments. Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried.

Mark Morey gave Crew report. Tarp on sand salt pile, culvert on Hove Lane, buying small compactor, and buying bolt and nut bin from Fastenal. Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by John Hartzell to accept Crew report. Motion carried.

Reviewed and discussed Driveway ordinances. changes in charging and timing of call ins mostly are problems. Will type up revised policy for next mecting.

Discussed diffèrent types of salt shed and cost. Mark Morey presented four different plans. Concrete, post or fabric. Cost of 50 to 60 housand. Size about 32 x 60. Bruce Hokanson made a motion and a second by John Hartzell to start salt shed project. Motion carried. All aye votes.

Motion and a second to pay all current Town bills.
