Regular Board meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Mike Harvey, Gary Morzenti and Eric Brye.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the November 8, 2011 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board members. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report.  A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell  to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. They have been plowing and salting. Also doing some brushing along roads. One garage door motor is shot. Cost to replace it is $250.00. Mike will order a new motor for the garage door. Mike showed some information on a new box and new plow for the plow truck. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Gary Morzenti and Eric Brye from Northwoods Paving discussed the wedging job on Church Corner Road. Some of the road was unsatisfactory in job performance. It was decided to pay 80% of the bill and reevaluate the situation next spring.

A poll list was presented to the Board. Signa Groves, Mavis Ewer, Matt Tetzner, Nancy Hanson, Jon Pady, Ruth Hartzell and Donna Chapman asked to be on the poll list. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to appoint the above to the poll list for 2012 and 2013, with a three person election board. Motion carried. All ayes.

We did not receive money for the TRIP program this time.

A discussion on NORVADO Inc. and Bayfield County Telecommunications Tower Program took place and was decided to table subject for further information.

A motion and a second to pay all current bills.
