The Town of Washburn Board of Review met at 6:00 pm at the Washburn Town Hall. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Sandra Raspotnik. The meeting was properly posted in the two public places and published in the Daily Press. Present; Kerry Tetzner, Sandra Raspotnik, Jim Park, Scottie Sandstrom and Jenny Martins.

A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Jim Park to nominate Sandy Raspotnik Chairperson. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Scottie Sandstrom and a second by Sandy Raspotnik to nominate Jim Park as Vice Chair. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Jim Park has verification of BOR training.

The assessment roll was examined, no errors found.

A motion by Jim Park and second by Scottie Sandstrom not to wave notice of intent to file objection. Motion carried. All Ayes.

There were no hearing objections.

A motion and a second to adjourn.
