Regular Board meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman and Mike Harvey.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the July 10, 2012 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board members. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John  Hartzell to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report.  A motion by JohnHartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

There was no Plan Commission meeting this month.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. Mowing is almost done and will continue on spots that need it in spare time. Paving is done on Church Corner Road. The Forest Roads have all been graded. Everything else is going well. There was a flat tire, rear left, on the mowing tractor, which was replaced for $1110.24.A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

There was a discussion on stripeing Church Corner Road. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to have stripeing painted on the three miles of Church Corner Road by Taylor Hwy. Dept. for $1056.00 a mile. Motion carried. All ayes

There was a discussion on passing a resolution for UTV’s to use ATV trails. John will check into getting a resolution written up. Matter tabled until September meeting.

Culvert replacement for Brevak Road should be done by the end of August.

A resolution in support of a Constitutional Amendment for fair share for Local Roads was discussed. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to sign resolution. Motion carried. All ayes.

A motion and a second to pay all current bills.
