Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey, Ron Rechel, Brenda Rechel, Wendy Stein, Joyce Zifko, Sandy Raspotnik, Donna Chapman, Trevor Wilk, Bob Short, Terry Short and Tom Cogger.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Roll call was taken. All present.

Public comment took place.

Meeting minutes from the March 12, 2019 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. Roads are all in good shape, all culverts are thawed out. Mike will purchase a new drill for shop for under $200.00. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to approve a Class B permit for Joanne Sirion at 76135 Paulson Road, SW ¼ SE ¼ Section 32 Township 49N Range 5W. Motion Carried. All Ayes.

There was no new info on the solar panels.

Mike explained the outcome of the cell phone. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to have Mike’s name on the bill and the payment each month will be paid by Mike of $55.00, which the Town will pay back to Mike with proof of payment.. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to have Brenda Rechel purchase a new computer for the office of the Treasurer. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Some projects for the Summer of 2019 were discussed. Fixing up West Maple Hill frost heaves, gravel for Hove Lane, and shoulders on Nevers Road and Wannebo Road where the new asphalt was and will be put down and patching over culverts on Mckinley, Church Corner and Wannebo Roads.

A motion and a second to pay all current bills.
