Regular Board meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, Donna Chapman, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mark Morey, Catherine Morey, Tom Arnson, Dena Arnson, Ronald Micheal, Kurt Kiehne, Stephen Schraufnagel, Nancy Hanson.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of  March 10,2009 were read  and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurer ‘s report. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept                                       report. Motion carried.

Mark Morey gave Crew report.  Preparing tractor for mowing. Looking to purchase a few reflectors for locating ends of culverts in Spring. Also a few more construction signs are needed.  Will also purchase a roll of filter cloth. Mark will be purchasing 16 ton of cold mix for patching. Motion by John Hartzell a second by Steven Tetzner  to accept report.  Motion carried.

Plan commission minutes were read. Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by Steven Tetzner  to accept report.  Motion carried.

Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by Steven Tetzner  to accept Web Site agreement  from Michelle McCumber for $180.00 for one year. Motion carried.

Reviewed application of Glen Peavey and Dena Arnson to build a home on parcel in NWNW Sec 21-49-5.                Motion by John Harzell and a second by Steven Tetzner  to approve the request. Motion carried. All Aye votes.

Discussion with Stephen Schraufnagel from C & S Design & Engineering, Inc. to design and specification work for project to be done by May 2009. The firm will bid the project with all specifications and requirements for a lump sum of $4500.00, with a start date of June 1, 2009 and completed by August 15, 2009, as per contract. Motion by John Harzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to hire C & S Design & Engineering, Inc.

Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to hire Fahrner Asphalt Sealers, L.L.C. to Crack fill approximately 14.5 miles of black top roads for $24,990.00. Motion carried.

Motion by Bruce Hokanson  and a second by John Hartzell to grind and add five inches of gravel on Engoe Road between Viator Road and Brevak Road. Motion carried.

John Hartzell read e-mails from Gary Sherman and Bob Jauch for support of Stimulus money to Church Corner Road, Wannebo Road and Ondossagon Road Project.

Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Bruce Hokanson to appoint Ron Micheals to the Plan Commission for a three year term.  Motion carried.

Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner  to appoint Kurt Kiehne as Chairman of the Plan Commission for a three year term. Motion carried.

Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by Steven Tetzner to appoint John Hartzell to a two year term  on the Plan Commission. Motion carried.

Road Inspection date set for April 20, 2009.

Motion and second to pay all current Town bills.
