Regular Board meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman, Pat Guske and Michelle McCumber.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the March 8, 2011 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. A motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report. Donna will be checking on CD interest rates. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Pat Guske gave crew report. The steering box, engine and Abs lights are on, and Timberent load buster on the plow truck need fixing. There is a broken window on garage and needs to be replaced. Pat reported on cracks on FR236. The 1 ton truck needs new mirrors on it and are ordered.  Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept crew report. Motion carried. All ayes.

A discussion on purchasing a snow plow for the 1 ton pickup for around $6000.00 from Rob”s snowplow Sales and Services. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to purchase snow plow. Motion carried. All ayes.

A discussion on replacing five culverts on Paulson Road, one culvert on Church Corner Road, one culvert on Brevak Road and on culvert on Colberg Road. Motion by Bruce Hokanson and a second by Steven Tetzner to purchase culverts for around $9000.00. Motion carried. All ayes.

Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to purchase 85 tons of road salt from Bayfield County. Motion carried. All ayes.

There was a discussion on Notice of Disallowance of Claims of Brody, Jordan and Hunter Holman. It was agreed to sign and send in.

Pat Guske is interested in buying the 1990 Ford Town pickup truck offering $500.00. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to sell the 1990 Ford pickup truck to Pat Guske. Motion carried. All ayes.

Michell McCumber up dated the Board on The Town of Washburn web site. She should have it completed by the May meeting.

Motion and a second to pay all current bills.
