Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey, Donna Chapman, Jim Miller, Kim Bro, Wendy Stein and Ron Rechel.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Roll call was taken. All present.

Public comment took place.

Meeting minutes from the March 13, 2018 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Donna gave Treasurer Report. All books are balanced. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. They are working on different options for the culvert on South Maple Hill. There was an estimate from Ashland Construction for $6000.00 to replace the culvert. Everything else is running smoothly. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to have Landscape Creations mow the Town Hall lawn for $60.00 per time and to mow the cemetery for $35.00 a time. Motion carried. All Ayes.

Steven and Kerry met with Alan Schiefelbein from Rural Insurance to review the Town Insurance Policy. The fuel tanks were added to the policy and amount of coverage to remove garbage in case of fire etc. was raised.

A motion and a second to pay all current bills.
