The following is the proceedings of the board of the Town of Washburn, Feb 2, 1963. The meeting was called to order at 2 o’clock p.m. by Chairman Edward Pajala with all members of the board present.
The minutes of the last regular meeting of Dec 28, 1962 were read and upon motion was accepted as read.
Motion made and seconded to hold the Town Caucus on March 9th at 2 o’clock in the afternoon in the Town Hall.
Motion made and second to allow the following bills and the clerk was instructed to draw their reflective amounts.

The following is the proceedings of the board of the Town of Washburn April 8, 1963. The meeting was called to order at 2 o’clock p.m. with all members of the board present. The minutes of the last regular meeting of March 29, 1963 were read and upon motion were accepted as read.
Motion made and second that the Washburn State Bank be legal depository for Town of Washburn Funds.
The following were appointed Philip Tetzner Poor Officer, and Harold Peterson Health Officer, C. W. Thomas as clerk and Edward Pajala Chairman.
Motion made and second that Norlin and Spears be legal Council.
Motion made and second that the labor be increase .05 per hour or $1.55 per hour.
Motion made and second that Kenneth Swanson be grader operator and road superintendent.
Motion made and second that the grader operator be payed $2.00 per hour, and sub foreman $1.75.
Motion made and second to allow the following bills and the clerk was instructed to draw these respective amounts.
