Budget Hearing called to order at 6:30 P.M.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Donna Chapman and Mike Harvey.

Meeting notices were timely posted in the Daily Press and posted in the three public places in the Town.

Budgets were presented by the Clerk and reviewed.

Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to adjourn Budget Hearing. Motion carried.

Meeting of Electors called to order at 6:45 P.M.. Same people present.

Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Harzell to approve a Town Levy of $50,648.00, a legal allowable amount. Motion carried. All ayes.

Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to adjourn Elector meeting. Motion carried.

Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey, and Donna Chapman.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the October 11, 2011 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried.

Donna gave Treasurer’s report.  Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

Mike gave crew report. Wedging on Church Corner Road is complete. The Board Members are not satisfied with the results. Bruce will contact Gary Morzenti for more information. Four loads of gravel were delivered to the Town Hall. Mike will order a blade for the Boss plow, as a spare for around $400.00. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a  second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All ayes.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to purchase $9000.00 in gravel and $8000.00 in crushed black top from Ashland Construction to be delivered in the Spring of 2012. Motion carried. All ayes.

A discussion on the TRIP program was to put a bid in for $100,000.00 for the total project of double chip seal for the Church Corner Road. Bruce will turn in the proposal.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson  to approve the Town Budget of $425,380.00. Motion carried. All ayes.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to sign a Resolution for a bond to the County Treasurer in a sum of double the amount of state and county apportioned taxes.

A motion and a second to pay all current bills.
