April 12, 2011 Annual Meeting called to order by Chairman Bruce Hokanson. Meeting notices were posted in the three public places in the Town and published in the Daily Press.

Minutes of the April 13, 2010 were read. Motion by Ron Micheal and a second by Shirley Haugen to accept minutes as read. Motion carried.

Chairman Bruce Hokanson talked about the 1998 plow truck purchased, the plastic door on the plow truck, trimming grass around the Town Hall and the news letter sent with the Annual Report.

Some of the projects for this year include: culverts to be replaced on Church Corner, Paulson, Wannebo and Brevak Roads. Also talk about a new product called Slurry Seal, which would be laid over existing asphalt surfaces at a much cheaper price then black top.

Terry Bahe asked about widening the shoulders on Ondossagon Road. Due to costs, it didn’t seem like this was going to happen.

Motion made to have the next Annual Meeting on the first Tuesday after the April election. Motion carried.

Motion by Phil Tetzner and a second by Ron Micheal to adjourn. Motion carried.
