3. Review driveway permit application and preliminary development plan for Seth & Angie Vasser to construct an additional residence in a Forestry 1 zoning district on a 34-acre parcel at 76175 Paulson Rd. (part of SW¼SE¼ Section 32 T.49N R.5W; Tax ID# 31134).
4. Review driveway permit application and preliminary development plan for James & Kari Carlson to construct a shop and a future residence in an Agricultural 1 zoning district on a 5‑acre parcel at 30605 Wannebo Rd. (W½ NE¼ NW¼NE¼ Section 12 T.48N R.5W; Tax ID# 31280).
5. Update status of repairs of closed Section 29 Landfill.
6. Discuss process for recommending making town roads safer for pedestrians and bicyclists.
7. Set date and time for next meeting. Propose: Tuesday, September 2, 2020, 7:00 P.M. if there is business to conduct.
