Regular Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.. Present: Bruce Hokanson, Kerry Tetzner, John Hartzell, Steven Tetzner, Mike Harvey, and Donna Chapman.

Meeting notices were properly posted in the three public places and published in the Daily Press.

Meeting minutes from the August 11, 2016 meeting were read and written copies given to the Board Members. Motion by John Hartzell and a second by Steven Tetzner to accept as presented. Motion carried. All Ayes

Donna gave Treasurer’s report . All books are balanced. Two snow plow bills haven’t been paid. Motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Aye.

Mike Harvey gave crew report. The gravel is on Paulson Road, a little less than the 200 tons. The bucket on the front end loader is repaired and is working fine. The front left wheel on grader is acting up. Mike will get an estimate on this, 3000 hour checkup. Pat is still mowing. The culvert is here for the Wannebo Road. A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to accept report. Motion carried. All Ayes.

The Plan Commission met on a culvert on Colberg Road.

A driveway permit was signed for Archie Ramal at Section 21, Range 5, SW ¼ , SE ¼ .

Buz Raspotnik said he would put down a $5000.00 for logging on the Towns 40 acres and pay for the permits. He will also leave a buffer around the old dump. There will be a land management down on the 40. The tops of the trees will be ground up. He is to have the job complete in twelve months.

Wording and discussion on Employee’s contract was tabled.

John is still working on grant money for paving Wannebo Road.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by John Hartzell to have Sipsas Excavating haul crushed black top on the last mile of Paulson Road for around $12000.00. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion by Steven Tetzner and a second by Bruce Hokanson to have $1500.00 of gravel and $6000.00 of crushed black top put on Old C Road. Motion carried. All Ayes.

A motion and a second to pay all current bills.
